Dr. Ozgur is one of the best U.S. neurosurgeons specializing in minimally invasive spine neurosurgery.

He has been recognized for his excellence, in-depth knowledge and expertise in this specialty by reputable healthcare ratings resources, including the 2018 Super Doctors in Southern California award and the 2016 Spine Surgeon Leadership Award by Becker’s Healthcare. He has authored more than twenty-nine articles in peer-reviewed publications and co-authored “Minimally-Invasive Spine Surgery, A Practical Guide to the Anatomy and Techniques” where the 18 most widely accepted minimally-invasive procedures in spine surgery were tackled. Today, Dr. Ozgur practices with full staff and privileges at Hoag Hospital.
